Better content. Better tools. Better experience.
In conjuction with the launch of the “Enjoy Better” campaign, we undertook a responsive redesign of TWC’s business, residential and self-service websites and developed more engaging and informative content to help attract and retain customers. We also created TWC’s first-ever digital editorial style guide to help inform creatives and decision makers going forward.
As a result of the redesign, we modernized the TWC brand, created a flexible template that can grow with the company’s needs and achieved better organization and unity among its separate brand entities. Additionally, we streamlined the consumer education and buying process, making it easier for customers to navigate the site and manage their accounts from their tablets, smartphones or desktops.
