Enfamil was losing market share to Similac. To make the brand more appealing to new and expecting moms, we needed to modernize the site and change the ways we spoke to our audience.
As the lead creative, I worked with the IA and art directors to rearchitect the entire website and CRM program, making them more intuitive and better able to showcase Enfamil's newly launched Staged Nutrition product line. We modernized the look and feel, and established the digital brand guidelines for art and copy. I reorganized and edited existing content, created new articles, tools and health and product content with an emphasis on SEO, brand positioning and scannability. In the end, we helped Enfamil reclaim it's spot as the #1-selling formula brand.
